We bought this after my husband's heart attack for his nitro pills. It was larger than expected and heavy. Would not recommend wearing it as a necklace. My husband carried it approximately 1 month and the tip came off for no reason and yes we installed the seal. This may be for a key chain but not a nitro carrier.

I can not find any fault in this necklace. My husband recently had a heart attack. I got this for him to keep his nitroglycerin pills in so he won't forget them. He has been using it for two days now and it is perfect.

I loved it until it broke off my neck and I lost the meds. Also, before it broke, sometimes, it would just unscrew sending my meds scattering all over the place

The cap felt loose when I got this, but I did not have time to get a different one so I decided to tighten it as much as possible. I discovered it had come loose within a few hours and I lost both the fob and my medication.

I bought this in comparison to another pill fob. No losers here aside from carrying capacity of a certain type of pill. This one also can carry a capsule and pills. Just not as many. Not a big deal really. Heavy, solid unit.
