blinc Tubing Mascara, Black 0.30 Fl Oz

I love LOVE love this mascara! It is the greatest beauty item I own. I have tried almost every brand out there and blinc just can't be beat.I constantly rub my eyes and when using blinc mascara, I have no smudging, no wearing off, and best of all NO RACOON EYES!This is the best fiber or tubing mascara on the market. I have tried all the makeup counter and drug store bands and I have not found ANYTHING I will even consider using other than blinc. Removal is simple and can be done with or without water. Usually I just wipe a damp washcloth across my face and off come the tubes of mascara. This can be frightening at first because the tubes look just like eyelashes. Let me assure you, they are not your lashes! This incredible mascara will transform your makeup removal process.I've read some users complain that this mascara makes the eyelashes look "spidery." One thing I've done, when I wanted more volume, is use blinc first and then apply a 2nd coat of another brand of mascara, such as Dior Show. I almost always just use 2 coats of blinc (even though they only recommend use one.) I find a second coat (after the first has completely dried) to look fantastic.If you are a first time user of blinc, I highly recommend you search the internet for application tutorials. I did this and found that holding the brush horizontally while wiggling the brush side to side first and then holding the brush vertically and coating the lashes bottom to top really works well.Good luck and I hope you love your blinc as much as I do!

*This is a review of what was shipped to me, NOT of the product itself*I've been using this mascara since it was first called Kiss Me and imported from Japan, so for over 15 years. It's the only mascara I use. I certainly know all of the versions/packaging/appearances that have come out over the years. The CURRENT version should be a tube that is sealed full length with the perforations to peel and open. This sealed tube arrives inside a screw top aluminum cylinder. What I received was an unsealed tube in a small, worn, bent up cardboard box instead of the aluminum tube. Blinc has not distributed the mascara in the box in YEARS. For a second I thought maybe they were going back to the box, but I inspected the mascara itself (unsealed) and I believe not only was it old but that it had been used. The formula smelled funny and was watery. Back to Amazon it goes. I included a note in the packaging about this so it doesn't get thrown on a shelf and mailed out to someone else. I can't imagine where this old tube was hiding for them to pull it out, but the appearance alone of cruddy packaging should have been noticed before it was shipped out.As far as the REAL mascara goes... still love it. I'm not one to try and build up tarantula legs on my face, not sure this product will do that, but I have medium-long natural lashes and a couple quick swipes does the job. I don't have to touch my eyes for the rest of the day, removing it is as cinchy as they claim, and no racoon eyes or dusty little bits flaking off. From now on I'm going to go back and purchase from Blinc's own site. If someone not familiar with the product had received what I did they would have thought it was garbage, and rightly so. Additionally there is a high risk of infection when using old eye makeup. I'll wait the extra shipping time to be sure I get what I am paying for.

I have been using blinc mascara for years now and absolutely love it! My sister is a makeup artist and she recommended blinc to me when I was complaining about my old mascara flaking and slipping at the end of the day. This product was the solution I was looking for! The real benefit of this product is that is stays ALL DAY - there is no flaking, no smudging, no slipping, and no eye irritation with this mascara. It is also so easy to remove! I switch back and forth between the original and amplified - I love them both and can't decide which I like better! I know it is pricy, but I actually find that blinc's formula lasts longer than most other mascaras before drying out and needing to be replaced. Some of the negative reviews complain about clumping, and faulty tubes. I have probably purchased 12 tubes of blinc and never experienced either problem.I want to add that this product works best for people with longer, fuller lashes that have a natural curl or hold curl well. I have long-ish lashes that hold curl well and find that blinc gives me a extra bit of volume and hold that is perfect for an everyday look. A friend who has short, straight lashes found that this product didn't do much for her. When I want a more dramatic look for a special occasion or night out, I opt for a $5 volumizing waterproof mascara.

Just received the product. I am waiting for the primer to come in the mail....curious to see if the performance of the mascara is enhanced by the Blinc Primer. The mascara by itself is not bad; not phenomenal, but pretty decent. I like the way the mascara does not weigh my lashes down after they have been curled and my lashes have a bit of sheen on them. Not quite dewey, but not dull at all. I am happy so far...I am a contact lens wearer and I'm anxious to see if it bothers my eyes later in the day.Okay, it is several weeks later and I LOVE Blinc Mascara. It is now a part of my morning ritual just after brushing my teeth and putting my contacts in. For the first time in my LIFE I actually look forward to putting on mascara! I have struggled for years trying to find the best mascara: defines, adds fullness, a bit of length, no clumps, no smudging, no smearing, no raccoon eyes, no flaking off into my contacts, wearability, and if that wasn't enough, easy to remove. HA! Just a dream, right? Not anymore. Blinc mascara is as close to my dream mascara as I think I'll ever get. It is 98% of everything I want in a mascara (a little bit more fullness wouldn't hurt, but do NOT use the primer---total waste of money and it makes the mascara difficult to remove). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!(I rated it a 4 at first; now that I've used the product for several weeks it gets FIVE STARS!)Mindy Weiss
