MSG added to all varieties.
It my own fault I didn't do my research more thoroughly. All 4 soup mixes have MSG(which is a flavoring that triggers a headache and or TMJ/lock jaw for some). I will still try them. I may or may not get back to you to let you know. If you are buying this for the Mannish water recipe. The first time I made it without the additional soup mix, original recipe googled online offered by the chef at SANDALS RESORTS, IT WAS AMAZING! If you are going to use the meat. I am out of meat and have all the proper ingredients for a vegetarian style which is ludicrous in itself but I figure I might wind up tossing it anyway because of the MSG. Cross your fingers. GOOD LUCK.
