If you mean a case for contact lens, no. It is two bottles of solution only. Search on Amazon and you should be able to find contact lens case sold elsewhere.

Can this also be used as re-wetting drops to use while contacts are in your eyes?

I do not think they this product is supposed to be used as rewetting drops unless you are taking you lenses out, rewetting and putting the lenses back in. I would check with your lens technician and or Opthamologist. I use Systane drops for dry eyes to add moisture while wearing lenses.

What is the Expiration Date?

I purchased in July 2013 and the expiration date was March 2015.

Is pure moist multi-purpose solution ok for gas permeable contacts?

I believe this product is for soft lenses. I have soft lenses. I’m not sure of your type of lens
