If you want to improve your golf swing you need to video yourself. A high-speed camera is a plus but even a smart phone video is better than nothing. As many golf pros have stated while troubleshooting a swing fault, "what you feel is most likely NOT what you're doing".This book is the only one I found that teaches the proper video technique - and most importantly - how to establish the proper viewing angle for consistent diagnostic and evaluation. Without video consistency you can't reliably identify your swing faults.It will also teach you the proper swing component checkpoints. Plus you won't become dependent on a golf pro (big $$$) every time something goes wrong with you swing.Recommendation: Pick up Jim Hardy's DVD 4-disc video set "The Plane Truth for Golfers" to understand the proper swing fundamentals. These will teach you what swing elements to look for in YOUR swing video.

Video recording of the golf swing is, in my mind, the best traing aid you can use. It is amazing to see wha you actually do compared to what you think you do. I have made a lot of improvement as a result of seeing myself swing. I'm an analytical person, and so I decided to get this book to learn how to analyze my swing like I see Michael Breed do on Swing Fix. What are the proper view points? What lines should I use to evaluate what I do versus should do? etc. Not only does this book explain this, it also provides a lot of detail on the proper swing.It exceeded my expectations.

I like it when I get at least as much as I expected. This video was fun and ultimately assisted me in taking several strokes off my golf game.

The title says it ALLA great book to read how to learn to use video to improve your golf. Easy to read and understand with great picture to help get the pionts accross.

After taking some time to decied which version to purchase either book or kindle version i purchased the kindle version bit of a mistake , the book itself is good, big problem most pages refer to a photo which it gives a number for, some times the photos are three or four pages on from the discription this is not a problem but the problem is that in the kindle verision there are no photo numbers under the photos? Why is this? So i still have to purchase the book version.

A very good book with great photos explaining what to look for when setting up a camera and what to look for when drawing lines on the recorded image to correctly analyse a golf swing.

The information is very precise and clear to understand.This is not for the beginner, unless you are dedicated to becomme an excellent golferf. I Great book for the golfer that wants to improve to become a low handicapper.
