D'allesandro 8 oz. White Truffle Oil, Kosher Parve Certified

Look, ignore the wannabe truffle oil connoisseurs, leaving terrible reviews for this oil. Lemme TELL YOU about this OIL! She's got great flavor, she came packaged well (bubble wrapped and ZERO leakage), and she does what she came to do. The flavor is very present (even with a small amount), but not overwhelming. I really enjoy this oil over roasted veggies, and I think if you're here, you'd probably enjoy it too. Go for it. Treat yourself

I wasn't sure what to expect because the reviews on here range from 1 star to 5 stars, the 1 star comments being that the flavor isn't strong enough or claiming it isn't real because it contains olive oil. I did some online keyboard research and found that it is normal for there to be a "carrier" oil for the truffle flavor which comes from shaved truffles. This bottle does say natural and artificial flavor but for the price, who cares! This bottle sells for $33 direct from the company website and it's available here for $10.40 so I'm good with that. Another reviewer said this is the brand used at a high end restaurant where he works so I went with it. O.M.GEEEEE! This stuff is Ah-Ma-Zinnnnng! I bought it for a mushroom risotto recipe, but since it arrived I didn't want to wait and wanted to try it out to taste it on a regular pot of rice because it smelled so good. Holy smokes I don't know if I'll be able to eat rice without this stuff now! Those who said the flavor was weak I don't know what to say. I drizzled only about 1.5 tsp into a double batch of rice and it was plenty. I will definitely buy more when this bottle runs out.

I used this for truffle aioli to dip fries. The aroma when I opened it was mouth watering. It was a great price for 8 oz too.

Whether or not this is actual truffle oil, it tastes amazing and it exactly what I was hoping it would be. It is only a finishing oil though so make sure you have other oils or things to cook the actual food with and then top it off with some of this when it's done.

When i visited the United States of America last October for the first time in my life, i fell in love with white truffle oil. It seemed to be the trend at all the top restaurants and very soon i started requesting it even on pizza! Now i finally have my hands on the perfect product which is beautifully designed and packaged and has the most amazing fragrance and taste! Thank you for a wonderful product! I will definitely be recommending this and also buying again very soon! :)

By far the best truffle oil to buy with high notes of truffle. I've purchased truffle pills from the grocery store in the past and none compare to this flavor! In fact this is the brand of oil used at a high end restaurant I work at as well and have finally been able to order it online instead of from the vendors in bulk. So happy I found this one!

I love this oil!!! I use it on my charcuterie boards as a dipping oil and in pastas everyone always loves it.

It does not come with a pour spout which makes getting the right quantity a little challenging. The flavor is kind of on the mild side but overall I’m enjoying it
