The seating was ordered for our new cinema room at home. It arrived much faster than the quoted 5 days in 3 very large boxes (dropped to our driveway from a van with tail lift). No damages at all and everything is well packaged. Each chair comes in 2 parts as individual chairs. You simply need to attach the back to the seat section and make sure all the wires are connected for the lights etc.The chairs come with Euro plugs, but the UK plugs/leads are in the box. Make sure you change these out before assembling each chair as you need to get under the chair to do this. It involves snipping some cable ties and replacing the Euro leads with the new ones.Everything plugged in and worked first time without an issue. It all took maybe 20 minutes.The seats are really comfortable. I had considered the versions without the power headrests but I am so glad we didn't skimp on that. The power headrests really do hold you in the correct viewing position when the leg part of the seat is raised. The LED lights turn off individually for when you are actually watching a movie.We also bought the wine glass holder attachments for the arms. They are really well made, look and work great.Overall they look fantastic and are really comfortable. If you want to make an impact in your home and have the very best viewing experience these are very highly recommended.

We are really pleased with our cinema seats. They are well made and very comfortable. They arrived on time and dropped to our driveway. They are very heavy so make sure there are 2 of you to take delivery! Minimal installation required: Only had to change power cable underneath, click the backs into place and plug the backs in. We have plugged them into a smart 4-plug so we can turn them on and off along with our other LED cinema lights via Google home. The seats are very sturdy and comfortable and the recline and headrest mechanism is very smooth. The deep arm storage is very useful for storing remotes, snacks etc. The power headrests are amazing as you can support your head and neck at all times, whatever position you are sitting. The leather is soft and the stitching is very good quality. All in all we would totally recommend this product!

Very nice and comfortable seating almost perfectbut it would be better if the controls were positioned around the cupholder instead of the sidesalso be nice if the headrest automatically went back to the parked position as you move the recline back to the seated positionnice armrest storage but the armrest itself feels a bit flimsy
