This collection contains volumes 11 and 12 of Witch Hunter (as originally published, US name has been changed to Witch Buster). There are a lot of interconnected, continually building stories in this manga. It's best to start reading at the beginning.To answer a call to the Witch Hunters for help, Xing has been sent to his homeland to aid in the war against the witches. But a lot has changed in Bairong since his departure...After the last omnibus being devoted to the Kingdom of Britain, this one follows the other WH's East to Bairong. Xing and his brothers take center stage here, as Lee persues his revenge and Xing rushes back to face him. Volume 11 features "present day" happening, while the majority of volume 12 is devoted to what's happened in Bairong during the three years Xing's been away. Without Tasha this could be considered somewhat of a side story, but it's as fully realized and well developed as the "main" plot. The events unfolding are captivating and emotional, and Xing is a multi-dimensional, fascinating character. There are multiple twists and surprises in both time periods, and the long term effects are sure to stretch beyond this Empire in the East.Despite shifting focus a bit this omnibus is another excellent addition to the Witch Hunter series.

All of these are needlessly expensive when other witch buster volumes aren’t as expensive
