Tavern Green, Packaged in Dry Powder – Add water for One Pint

I used the paint on some bird houses I made from distressed wood from an old fence. It really worked great.

The Old Fashioned Milk Paints are great! Take some time to practice the mixing and painting on scraps. Once you get used to them these milk paints are so much more fun to paint with then latex or other paints. We built my son new furniture and used these on the raw wood- it turned out great! This is my favorite color of the 6 I have bought so far.

Milk paint is a pleasure to use. It doesn't give me a headache. I don't have to use a mask, it gives a cool antique look while somehow still looking new when you first apply it. Great product.

I followed the directions to the letter and ended up with a mess. I ended up repainting it with regular paint.
