You will not regret this purchase. When I took the boots out of the bag, I just enhaled the lovely smell of real suede. The tassels on the sides are as soft as can be, hanging perfectly, soft and flexible. That's how you know it's real leather. There are cheaper imitations out there, and they look nice in the pictures, but people in the reviews complain of the stiffness of the tassels and how some are flipped up during shipping, and won't lay flat. Some people have to go as far as flat ironing the tassels to get them to lay flat. If you want to avoid that frustration, just save your money and get the real Minnetonka boots. You won't regret it. They fit true to size, though if you have wide feet or calves, these boots may not work for you, unless you have access to a cobbler who can stretch them to fit you. The boots are SO worth it. I wear a size 7-7.5, but only size 7 and 8 were in stock. I decided to get 8, just because I have the ankle booties of this brand (which are adorable, btw, and half the price of the boots fyi) and I ordered them in a 7, and my toes go all the way to the end. But if I wear thin socks with them, they fit like a glove. But I decided on an 8 for these boots, so I could wear them with thick socks. They are a perfect size. Only a bit of room at the end of my toes, when I tried them on with bare feet, perfect with thick socks. So if you want a little wiggle room, go up one size. I got the black, and they are just so gorgeous, I cant wait to wear them out. Keep in mind that these boots are made to mold to your specific foot shape, so you do have a breaking in period where the boots might be a bit uncomfortable, even cause blisters. But this quickly passes as the leather insides softens and molds to your foot. So don't get discouraged and send them back prematurely. Real moccasin style footwear is the most comfortable you can find, so long as you keep in mind the breaking-in period.

So I was skeptical of buying these boots and kept putting it off because of the reviews. Let me say that I just received them and could not be happier..I love them! They fit true to size, a little roomy in the toes and calves but that's just fine. 🤩

The right was a little smaller and not for large calves. Mine is 14" and it's snug. I'm hoping once they stretch out a little there'll be perfect. No arch support and no room to add an insert. Even If you get a larger size then the toe will be to long however I still think there comfortable. If you have a wide foot these won't work for you.

I already had 1 pair of these boots, in my regular size. This time I ordered up 1 size, I can place my arch inserts in, and they fit perfectly! Haven't worn them yet, but already love them♡

I am so glad I purchased these shoes! They are super on trend right now (spring season is all about fringe) and very comfortable. The fringe is just enough to be on trend and cute without going overboard. I can't wait to wear these this spring with both jeans and dresses!I had a lot of trouble deciding on which size to get based on all the reviews, so I wanted to provide some more concrete information about the sizing.My foot is 24.5cm (~9.6") and I have a normal to slightly wide foot. I wear a size EU39 or US9 ALWAYS. I have the Minnetonka moccasins also and I wear a size 8 in those (they stretch out alot and they tend to run big). So based on the reviews that these run small, I decided to get 1 size larger than my usual Minnetonka sizing (not my usual shoe sizing). The size 9 shoes fit PERFECTLY. No issues getting it on, and they are the perfect length and width. For reference, the sole of the shoe measures 10.5" long x 3.25" wide. Don't worry about width because these shoes are made from high quality very soft suede that will stretch over time. Also, note that these shoes should NOT be worn with socks. There is nothing quite like high quality leather molding around your bare foot! The foot bed is somewhat cushioned, but when that wears down, your shoe should have stretched enough that you will be able to fit a shoe insert into your shoe for added comfort. This is what I have done with all my Minnetonka moccasins (I have owned probably 6 pairs over the years).Regarding the calf, my calf is about 14.5". I usually get boots that list calf circumference at 15" or else I know they won't fit. These Minnetonka boots fit just snugly at my calf, tight enough that they stayed up, but not so tight that they hurt. I wore them with skinny jeans underneath with no problems.Hope this helped with sizing choice. Believe me, you will not regret this purchase!

I am obsessed with these boots! The quality is outstanding and they are gorgeous!! I could have cried when I had to put them back in the box and ship them back. They are crazy tight at the opening which on me (5'6), is right at the largest part of my calf. I'm an average weight for my height. I can typically get my calf into regular boots although I prefer a wide calf when I have the option. The description states the opening is 13' around. I think it's a bit shy of that personally. There is no way, in my opinion, that the band around the opening will stretch so don't believe the hype. We are talking tight tight and the band is sewn together. I don't think that area can stretch. The rest of the boot can, but not the opening. This is cut off your circulation type tight. They can not be pushed down slightly to alleviate the problem because the fringe goes fraying out and just looks like a hot mess. The foot part of the boot is a little narrow but since there are not half sizes, rounding up is probably more than enough to to compensate for that. The boots are amazeballs! I wish they offered an extended size option. If you are taller than 5'6/5'7 they may hit you in a better spot. If you are shorter then they may clear the largest part of your calf so you could also be good to go. For me... I'm screwed and have to find a knock of brand that does a wide calf lol.

It's a narrow fit,I have narrow feet so it's ok.

Der Stiefel sieht Super aus und ist auch sehr gut verarbeitet. Allerdings sollte man direkt einen lederdehner parat halten um den Stiefel mit einem Spanner etwas zu dehnen. Der Schaft ist sehr eng so das ich am Anfang garnicht in den Schuh herein kam und schon dachte das ich ihn leider zurück schicken muss. Aber mit ordentlich lederdehner und eine nacht mit Schuhspanner konnte ich den Schuh endlich anziehen und dann auch Einlaufen... Sehr bequem und ein ganz tolles weiches Leder welches sich auch toll dehnt. Ich muss allerdings,sagen das ich den Schuh niemandem empfehle der ohnehin schon durch zu hohen Spann Probleme bei Schuhen hat, ich habe normaler weise keine Probleme und hatte anfangs wie gesagt Probleme reinzukommen, denke das jemand mit hohem Spann trotz dehnen und Spanner keine Freude an dem Schuh haben wird. Fazit: Toller handgenehter Schuh und wenn man dann mal drin ist Super bequem!!

Wie schade, ich musste dieses Paar zurücksenden! Für die wie immer unkomplizierte Rücksendung und Erstattung erhält Amazon von mir allerdings 5 Sterne.Aber nun zu den Stiefeln: Eigentlich mag ich Minnetonka Boots sehr - ich besitze schon ein Paar Mokkasin Kurzstiefel von Minnetonka, die sehr gut passen, in Größe 8. Diese hatte ich vor Ort in einem Geschäft für Lederartikel/Western-Artikel anprobiert. Auch mir hatte man damals empfohlen, sie so zu kaufen, dass sie wie ein Strumpf, aber angenehm sitzen, da sie sich noch weiten würden. Größe 8 war ideal (ich trage sonst Größe 39-40, meistens 39,5)Also bestellte ich auch bei den 3-Layer Fringe Boots hier wieder die Größe 8.Leider war der rechte Stiefel so klein, dass ich nicht mal meinen Fuß ganz hineinzwängen konnte, und der Linke war ca. 2 Nummern größer, obwohl in beiden Größe 8 verzeichnet war. Allerdings war die Passform auch bei dem Schuh, in den ich meinen Fuß zwängen konnte, sehr unangenehm.Zudem kam das Paket zusammen mit einer anderen Bestellung von einem anderen Amazon Händler in einem instabilen, teilweise eingerissenen Karton an.Ich habe dann heute - ebenfalls bei Amazon - die Minnetonka Calf-Hi 2 Layer Fringe Stiefel bestellt, in Größe 9 diesmal.Diese Stiefel kamen heute in vorbildlich intakter Verpackung an und machten zudem einen viel hochwertigeren Eindruck. Zudem passen sie beide und haben beide dieselbe Größe. Zwar hätte für mich auch 8 1/2 gereicht, aber es gibt die Minnetonkas nur in ganzen Größen.Ich bin begeistert von ihnen. Sehr bequem und lässig und genau das, was ich in einem Minnetonka Stiefel suche: weiches, lässiges Leder und unverknitterte, schöne Fransen. :)Fazit: wenn die richtige Größe in beiden Schuhen ankommt, wären diese hier sicher auch gut gewesen!

So in love with these boots. Bought them a year ago and they barely look worn (I wore them every day for about four months straight). They are comfortable and extremely high quality. They make noise if you walk fast - the fringe bounces off the boot. But that's all part of the fun!

und habe den Stiefel in meiner Größe -38- bestellt. Leider war er zu kurz. Ich habe ihn dann in 39 bestellt. Optimal wäre 38,5. Leider gibt es ihn nur in ganzen Größen. Ich habe diesen superweichen und bequemen Stiefel also in 39 behalten und bin es zufrieden. Ich habe mir auch noch andere Minnetonkas bestellt und musste die Erfahrung machen, dass alle Schuhe anders ausfallen. In 38.5 war mir der eine Schuh zu groß und zu weit und bei dem anderen Paar war der rechte Schuh deutlich kürzer als der linke Schuh.Der linke Schuhe passte in 38,5 perfekt, der rechte Schuhe hatte maximal die Größe 37,5. Wenn man das Glück hat die passende Größe in beiden Schuhen zu erhalten, dann sind es wirklich super Schuhe. Viel Glück! :)

These boots are really narrow, also they will need 'breaking in', this should be fairly easy as they are so soft. I love them! Potential to be the favourite!
