Saved the Day
I don't like a bunch of bells and whistles so pleased with this little manual POD, and was extremely easy to figure it out and use. My washer was broken, and had delay of two different repairmen in, so was very pleased when POD arrived and saved the day. It kept me from a desperate situation where I would have been willing to just get any washer to take care of laundry piling up. Cannot easily leave for Laundromat , and they are highly expensive. I am an off the grid type person, and I do not mind doing things manually. I set the little laundry pod near the sink, and I was able to wash twin sheets, towels, and medium jeans with ease. I probably saved $20.00 the first day I used the POD, and much easier than the hand washing I had done. Now for the problems: The first thing I did was let the light hose flip in floor making a mess. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they send some sort of prefab weight to hold hose where it is placed. I solved by tying small wet tea towel around it to weight it in sink. It does not get the clothes wrung out as well as regular washer, but better than hand wringing causing problem with carpal tunnel. It was satisfactory, however, and did not leave dripping as my hand washing did. You will probably need a clothes line or hangers as they are too damp for dryer. I just got it, so do not know how it will hold up, but do feel it a wonderful thing to have on hand for camping or power outage.

Smaller than I thought?
I thought this would be a bit larger, maybe one could fit a small load of socks and underwear in here as others have reviewed.I have not used it, just recieved it in the mail today and am immediately returning this. I'm not insanely turned off by the size of the POD. I'm returning this because my husband bought a stackable washer/dryer from The Salvation Army (basically new) AFTER I bought this on Amazon.I believe my purchase persuaded him to do something about our laundry situation, we would be spending nearly 100$ at the laundromat, not including inconvenience, each month with 2 children and ourselves.Anyways, my laundry situation has been resolved, indirectly because of this POD even though I have never used it. I'm sure it would've been a major help in my cloth diapering venture? But, I will never know! Thanks, POD you got my message across more efficiently than my nagging has.

Too small, doesn't get clothes clean or dry.
This product will only wash a very small amount. If I attempted to wash any of my husband's clothing I could only wash up to 2 shirts at a time. It takes a lot of force to try and do the spinning on this and the clothes don't get clean enough. If you have a stain on something you'll have to wash the item in the sink so you can scrub at the stain as this device will not remove it. I also found that the 'spin' cycle to drain the water took so much effort my arms were dead tired and the clothes were still very wet. I found that just wringing them out by hand worked far better to remove water. The inner basket also tends to slip a bit and scratch up the interior plastic. Overall, it's not worth the cost at all as I found washing clothes by hand in the sink easier and better.

unnecessary product
I first purchased this product to wash my delicates (mostly expensive lingeries). Was so excited to try it out but as it turns out it was very time consuming and not half a efficient as i expected it to be.It requires a lot of effort to spin the basket inside and the drainage system is very very very slow.I found it much quicker and easier to just wash my delicates the traditional way, soak, light hand scrubbing and rinse. The only reason why i gave it a 2 stars it's because i am now basically using it as a large bucket to soak my delicates.I would absolutely return it if i didn't already throw away the box.

Not worth it
I thought this would be great for the RV, however.....The concept is wonderful, the drain is slow. You can't spin it enough to be able to line dry in one day. I've tried really agitating it for 30 mins or so, yes it was very tiring and the clothes just didn't get clean.

hand laundry machine
Too expensive for what it is...basically a bucket with a stirring handle. One could do the same with an ordinary bucket and a two pronged stick

Hate handwashing
I like this little countertop clothes washer. Very simple to operate, easy on my hands, less money spent in the laundry room and great for my delicates. I'm a happy camper.
