Great workout in a short time!
This was perfect for me. I was extremely overweight, but with a lot of energy, so yes, initially it seemed less than challenging, but after the sessions I felt the burn and really felt like I had worked my butt of even though the impact is low, but the intensity was moderate to high, depending on your physical fitness level. I loved the results and saw changes in my body within 2 weeks, doing the 30 minute session 4 times a week. I had so many complements, telling me that whatever I was doing, keep doing it, that I looked amazing. I can't comment on those who said it was light, lame, or with no effect, but if you are committed and consistent, I don't care what your body type is or what your goal is, it works! FYI - I got this DVD when it first came out around 2013-2014.

I was disappointed by the workout
I was so excited for this workout. Being from Minnesota, I voted for Stacie Clark during the Next Fitness Star competition. I was disappointed by the workout. I think I will only do the 30 minute workout on a regular basis. Stacie can be motivating but she seems to yell a bit too much for my tastes. Also, I really don't need to hear "H*@l yeah!" and the word "A#s" during my workouts. Call me a prude but no needs to talk to me like that.

Is it really necessary to include inappropriate language to work out?
I have only tried the total body 30 min work out. It was an ok workout, but she used the word "ass" 4 times. Since my 9 and 6 year old were working out w/ me, I was not happy. Luckily they didn't notice, but I will be returning this.

Waste of time and money
I was so excited to receive this as I ordered another Women’s Health program that I love but this was so low quality and felt frustrated as well as felt that I wasted my workout time as I didn’t feel the workout was intense enough-wound up returning
