A: Yes, it is discounted per Neutrogena’s website.

**Q: how good it is to apply directly after shaving?**
A: It's great.  I exfoliate, then shave, then apply this.  Real smooth.

**Q: How much % Retinol in it?**
A: Retinol isn’t regulated by the FDA; manufacturers don’t include percentages of retinol on the list of ingredients.
