Review: Disassembled One and I'm Impressed - I got these 3 switched and only needed 2, so I tore one apart to see if it was up to my needs. Surprisingly, it was! The toggle is steel and quite sturdy, the top plate with the pivot is steel, the conductors actually have real copper contactors and aren't just bent sheet metal, the top plate is crimped on in a way that it can be easily removed but when fastened its very secure. The body seems to be made from Nylon and is is quite sturdy. I have faith these will last the remainder of the life of the vehicle they went in, probably out last it. If they ever malfunction, I can disassemble them easily and clean them, then reassemble them. These are MUCH better quality than the cheap switches available at local auto parts stores.
Review: They look good - Bought this to replace the speed switch on my pool pump and it worked for about 2 months then my pump bearings went out so at least the switch worked. Easy to install got it fast recommend it.
