Unlike virtually every other store in Amazon, this seller charges exorbitantly for returns (1/3 the cost of basket). The bottoms are not flat (so can't easily add felt) and the wicker scratches anything it touches (floors, paint, tabletop, marble) so I can't safely use them. Durable and pretty, but not worth damaging my home.

This is a nice but simple basket that you'd see anywhere. I bought it because it was the exact dimensions of what I needed. It's sturdy, well-made, no flaws or broken materials. It arrived well-packed. I picked the lighter color -- a golden oak -- that I thought would go well with my bedroom furniture -- but it's actually lighter than named or shown. A little disappointing, but not enough to return. I am happy with the purchase but the price was way too high for what it is. But in the end it's what I needed.

I have an unusually deep but narrow linen closet. These baskets are the perfect shape to use the full depth of the closet all the way to the top shelf. I'm impressed with how sturdy they are. They'll last a good long time, and they were the best price for what I needed - best of both worlds, would definitely buy again.

Looks great and very sturdy!

The basket is super sturdy and seems to be very well-made. The color was what made me hesitate. I was expecting a true brown but it's more of a grayish brown and tan. I know choosing a color on a computer screen is tricky, but the image on-screen is definitely much darker brown than the real product. I kept it because I needed this exact size, but I would have returned if I could've found the same size in a true brown.

I wanted this for a cat bed and my cat is pretty big. So after a ton of searching I happened on this and was very pleased with the dimensions and the fact that I could buy a liner. Overall I was fairly satisfied. The basket is sturdy and attractive. It is sitting on the kitchen table because (of course!) the cat snubbed it. One issue, and it was annoying, is that the basket was not flat on the bottom. It bowed outward so it rocked when I sat it on a flat surface. I solved that by hot gluing furniture felt feet on the bottom which raised it just enough to keep the center from hitting the table. I don't think that is a durable solution but works for now.
