Why blue? would cause pupils to restrict due to brain registering it as uv. also illegal in some us areas, it mimics police bikes/car. other color?

I our plant it is a different color than other lights and so it attracts attention.

I have 48v electric forklifts, will this light work?

This is from the listing: Working Voltage: 10-60V DC So it appears yes.
