Product design and poor tech support.
Computer arrived without proper Windows 10 documentation. After about one hour on the telephone, Dell support finally solved the problem with a new activation code. Hard Drive partitioning made addition of new programs difficult, since C drive was partitioned so small and D drive so large. Actually, C Drive was so full that there did not seem to be space to allow removal on already loaded programs. Contacted Tech support advised that this was a user problem and would require over 50% the cost of the original computer to offer guidance on using the Hard Drive as partitioned. I could have worked through the issues, but with these problems and poor tech support, Returned the computer for full credit and bought an HP. Love the HP.

Nice computer, fast .but Fingerprints on the screen , dirty keyboard.
Nice computer . But it came like an used computer with fingerprint on the screen, dirty on the keyboard . If you are going to send a product make sure to clean it !! I didn't felt like it was a new one

Misleading Description - 2018 model
Horribly misleading description of this computer. “Latest” in the description is a joke . . . it’s a 2018 computer. Purchased May 20, 2020, called Dell technical support and they said it was out of warranty as of December 2019 . . . $99 for assistance. Ugh. Very, very disappointed.

Dell laptop review
This laptop provides the best bang for the money. There are better units available for a lot more dollars.The 8gb ram and 256gb storage is a better deal than the 4gb, 128gb unit. Didn’t get it to play games with, so it does work well otherwise.

Solid budget laptop
This is a great laptop for work, study, and light gaming. It's very fast and has enough processing power and good enough specs to handle streaming videos, playing games, etc.

La calidad es muy mala no tiene traducción al español se traba mucho no gastes tu dinero mejor busca otra computadora además el vendedor te cobrará el 15 por ciento si la tocas y dirá que ya la abriste y no tendrás todo tu reembolso que eso no pasa en otra compañías.
