1. Design is very good2. Good sensor3. Easy to use.4. Installation service is not good.Technician charged 531 for installtion and charged additional 200 because he came from ghaziabad and kaff care is not available in my hometown. He was here only for drilling the wall and hang that chimney. His job should be install the chimney properly. Outage pipe and electricity point already available there but he needs to cut some piece of outage pipe for proper setup but he denied to do that then i called plumber to cut that pipe. He was like, i am here to hang that chimney only and charged 731. Only 2 points drill and hanging chimney. Very bad behaviour of installtion guy.

It is a worst product in terms of after sales services. Once you buy a product they are least concerned about customer inconvenience due to their products which are mostly with manufacturing defect. After product installation it came to my knowledge about failed motion sensors and I raised a complaint. After reminding them multiple times they sent a technician but again to resolve a simple complain of this kind they have taken a month and even now I am just following up for a complain which is yet to be resolved.

Got defected or used product. Chimney is getting rusted within a week of purchase as soon as the cover was removed. The issue is not yet resolved. Dealer said he has raised the issue and after asking for proof, he shared WhatsApp chat with some person. I called him and he said he is not Working for kaff. Customer care person just keep canceling the complain after 2 days. Technician is saying dealer had stored product in damp area. If the product gets rusted, probably it’s not meant for kitchen.

Pls dont buy kaff chimney as there fraud never expected from kaff serviceAm reviewing because recently i brought this product but in the box oil collector was no present so but i called to kaff head they said wait fews days but even 1month i didn't got any information
