Yes they have lines. They are ruled with feint lines spaced at 8mm.

Yes, each pack contains 2 of each colour.

Are these 40 sheets and 80 sides? Or 80 sheets 160 sides? Thanks

The A4 notebooks (which is what I bought) are 40 sheets, 80 sides. (Actually, to be pedantic, 20 A3 sheets each folded in half and stapled together in the centre to make a 40-leaf, 80-side A4 notebook). I'd be very surprised if the A5 notebooks were thicker than that.
