I am not sure whether they have used memory foam, its very hard on the neck and a bit heavy, the outer layer is made up of velvet material and its heats the neck area which leads to sweat. The quality seems ok, but its of no use if its not comfortable. So i returned it.. they have also given a patym coupon and if we write good review they will give us 100rs in our patym account. Thats y so many positive review for this product.. please don't write good abt a product just for this.. we ppl buy based on customer review.

It's a good quality product with memory foam inside and a washable outer cover. Supports the head and neck well with a small protrusion at the back which helps in head support. Overall is a comfortable pillow. Just wish they had made the front clasp slightly better since the knot slips out of the catch sometimes..so you're always left thinking and looking back whether the pillow fell off your backpack.

Good quality comfortable neck pillow. The top projection is useful to rest the head. Soft cover.One drawback is that it's button is not good. Only a knot is provided which can easily come out and you may drop it without knowing.

This product is really good for travel. It is super soft and the sleep mask provided along with it is also of good quality. The memory foam is amazing and the cover can be removed and washed. The only thing that can be changed in this product is that instead of a knot, button could've been provided.

The quality of the product is good but I found it hard and uncomfortable and did not serve the purpose of neck support.

Superb product it's memory foam inside is covered with fine velvet fabric. Really comfortable and value for money.
