Lock is also broken . Once we pulled the strip out it wont unlock at all not even to it default 000. Other lock opens but cant set a code to it so stuck on 000 . Couldn't find a way to contact seller to complain only an option to return. No instructions for anything Good thing my wife played in school and knows how to put it together, Hopefully it will work the way its supposed to when she finally receives this gift or its going back with full refund and I'll try a different seller

I had high hopes for these bagpipes, but they were cometely unplayable. The chanter was useless, and none of the reeds worked. I tried to return this, and had to request a return label from the vendor after the Post Office laughed at me for affixing the Amazon supplied return label, which was only good for letter sized packages.After waiting a week to get a return label that never showed, I escalated my complaint to the Amazon A-Z return team, which issued me a half gift card, half cash return. Thank goodness for Amazon, who really came to my aid after the vendor horribly failed!

These pipes do not play. The reeds they send with the pipes do not function. The plastic reed sent for the cantor makes a sound but the cantor is not made to play real tones. The practice cantor is made of cheap wood snd does not functionSo if you want something to hang on a wall they are good. If you want to play the pipes go purchase a real set from a true pipe retailer
