How long will the freezes dried raspberries last once the packet is open? (Till expiry or sooner?)

I’ve usually finished my packet of freeze dried raspberries within a month and the quality is still the same at the end.

Do they have to be stored in a freezer?

Hi, they do not. The product can be stored on a shelf fine. Freeze dried is the process of extracting the moisture out of the product.

Are these from the UK?

What is the expire date

Hi, All our products come with a best before date on the pack, this varies for each product. If you could provide me with some further information I can direct you to the correct answer. Freeze-dried fruit does however have a long shelf-life.

Raspberry pieces freeze dried

Nice, crunchy, fruity but very sour...so i mixed them with lemon yoghurt and they took on a new life...very nice when a bit of creamy sweetness added. So overall, healthy, crunchy, entirely natural product but don't expect any sweetness.

Nice inside a baked cake but very seedy

Used inside a Madeira cake batter which was fine and added a lovely flavour, but I hadn’t expected it to be so seedy - I thought they may have been mostly removed - and it results in a little too bitty to be pleasant mouth-feel in an icing etc. Think I’d buy the powered one if I bought again.

Great yoghurt topper

Not a huge bag and a little pricey but great for topping Greek yoghurt. Strong flavour so you only need a sprinkle.Bought them to top some lemon cupcakes but as taste is so strong decided against it. But still happy with purchase
