I have tried different models of this brand, other brands but always go back to this exact style. They are comfortable (very important to me) stay where they are supposed to and are absorbent. Big take away my undies stay nice and stain free - huge problem years ago not knowing exactly when my monthly would show up. I have had a difficult time finding these in our area so need to buy them through Amazon at what I think is a big price. Thanks Kotex for this great product!

Product should be used for light or extremely light periods. Or just near the end of ones cycle.Tampon back up perhaps.Pads have different material then Always pads. (For example)They don't absorb the mentstral blood the same.Mentstral blood just sits on the surface of the pad. Does not get stuck in to the core.On the fence with the product.I do like it's a long pad, but not too keen about the absorbency and don't like how the menstrual blood just sits on the surface.Comfort wise, I mean because the absorbency isn't great I don't find them comfortable for that reason, not physically uncomfortable.

Other brand "Always" panty liner is like plastic, when I tried, I got painful skin rash around sensitive area. But Carefree panty liner is gentle. Affordable price with many liners in a box. Stick to underwear well. Good protection, Not too thick, not too thin. Long enough.- Con: This panty liners are not individual packed, if you want bring it with you, you'll need buy another product. Carefree sells individual packed liners too.

I like using these panty liners because the adhesion is not just in the middle, but the entire back, so it stays in place very well and helps it be more comfortable to wear.

I use these daily for regular discharge to protect my panties. I definitely prefer these to other liners that come folded up like pads for periods do because they seem to stick better; the only slight issue I've had though is that they might move a little out of place when wearing the "boyshorts" style underwear. The thickness is perfect for my level of discharge, so I can usually get away with wearing one of these for a whole day, but maybe have to change it once or twice during the time I'm in my ovulation cycle.

Thought it was a bargain when I bought these for urinary purposes, but they overflowed when I sneezed. They are about 7 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide and very, very thin. Ok for overnight use or possibly period use. They have a nice and soft outer lining. These came up in a urinary pad search but aren't labeled for which use. Pictures are a comparison of the generic Family Dollar store brand "Family Wellness".
