Size:63 inches | Color:Gianna 63 White Adding a touch of industrial edge to an inviting delicate shape, we made the gianna with contemporary desires in mind. The metal cradle adds a strong/unique edge from a distance but upon closer inspection, the sleek touches like the gentle edge and slotted overflow reveal some delicate touches. Beautifully sized, the gianna is also made using lightweight construction to allow installation to be a breeze.

surface mounted bathtub valves are too long for this style tub and don't fit
so after our major recent master bath remodel we had this tub waiting for marble to be laid down. when we got to installing the tub as it was represented that you could surface mount on the top of the tub, or have a wall mount spout or have a free standing faucet type. Due to our area constraints we decided to go with the surface mount on the top of the tub as depicted in some of the product photos. So I purchased a $700 brushed nickel tub faucet set at Pacific sales. As we started to install the valves we hit a huge problem...the front angle of this tub is at such a sharp degree that the 9" bathtub valve would not fit into the sleeve of the tub...further guess what bathtub valves are not available in any shorter length so we we screwed. We tried to install one of the sink valves which are shorter but they do not generate enough water to fill the tub in less than 30 minutes. I respectfully ask for a refund as you cannot surface mount "bathtub spout & fixtures" on this tub as advertised. please advise

Perfect for me!
Just got it installed finally and I love it! It is deep and has the arm rests I was looking for in a freestanding tub, which is so hard to find....I can relax and have a place to sit my elbows when I am reading a book or on my iPad...I searched a long time before finding this and it is exactly what I wanted.

Looks good functions bad.
Looks nice. Super light so moving into place was a breeze but that's also where the problems begin. There is no way to anchor this down to the floor since it is so light so any bump or brush up against this tub will cause it to move. The only point of contact it has is the drain line and a drain line is just not meant and shouldn't be use to secure a large tub like this. I consider this a major design flaw. Make a way to anchor it down or secure it to the floor in some fashion once you have it all set and leveled. We used contractor grade silicone on all the feet for the tile floor, then filled it up with water and left it for a few days to really keep it down. This didn't keep it anchored all the way but the silicone does a good job gripping the tile so at least it doesn't move without a major bump or hit to the unit. Good luck if you decide to purchase this unit. You'll love the looks but will be disappointed if you can't get it to stay in place right.

Beautiful bathtub
I love this bathtub. It was the perfect addition to my newly remodeled bathroom. It was easy to install. My only complaint, it’s so light, when it’s not filled with water it moves around.

A tub with great style and design
We love the style and design of the tub.Don 't forget that this is the tub only and you must also buy fill and drain accessories.

Challenging Install with the faucet on the deck.
I could not get my plumber to install this so I tackled the installation myself. I mounted the faucet on the flat deck at the foot of the tub and there is sufficient room. Be very careful choosing the faucet as there is only enough room for about a 6 inch profile for the rough in valves. The 6 inches is measured from the bottom of the deck to the lower end of the valve. Anything larger and it will hit the side wall of the tub. I used PEX and it required several (4) elbows to stair-step the pipe from the valve down to the floor. It would have been much simpler if the manufacturer had provided a good profile drawing and even some recommendations on valves that would work. The instruction only say that the faucet should be installed 2 inches from the corner. Well there is no corner, that part of the tub is rounded. I used a KOHLER K-300-KR-NA high flow valve but modified the spout washer so that I didn't need to solder it in the installed position. I would be best to choose a faucet that can be fully installed from underneath the deck. I celebrated the completion of the install with a nice Oregon Pinot noir.
