Not the product pictured. But good
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE* I’m reporting back after almost exactly two years. The Heat press is still heating up just fine but we have a problem now. This machine is a work horse but it has Come to a downfall. The top plate of the press mechanism has bent in the last month, only getting worse as I use it. I tried to bend it back but seems almost impossible unless it’s taken apart and hammered back to shape. The main concern about this is that it is not pressing down evenly anymore. There is a drag/hang that moves the decals and if you’re not careful while you pull the heat press over your project. So sad about this.Ok over all I give this 4 stars. Only because the timer count down or “work” mode doesn’t turn on. And if there’s a way to make it work I wouldn’t know how to because The box did not include an instruction manual. Anyways it’s pretty straight forward plug in. Set to heat level you need. And i adjusted the pressure to make it tight when bringing down the lever by twisting the knob. Luckily it’s labeled on which way to turn and know you are making it go up or down. Ok. So I did an sample of the infused ink by cricut on the white cloth. And it worked great! I was too excited to see that moved the ink paper too soon and the ink leaked but it wasn’t the heat press’s fault. Then the second sample I used the sport flex by cricut. I adjusted the temperature and it worked great. No issues, the edges are so smooth and flush with the shirt. Unlike when I use my 9x9 hand held cricut iron. So over all the heat press works. I have not tried the extra accessories. Once I do I’ll leave another Review and more updates.

Great customer service
I purchased this press for my boyfriend for his birthday. He waited three weeks to put it together and try it. When he finally did, it would not work. I contacted the seller. Within 5 days (after a few messages to pinpoint the issue) I received a replacement part. Works great now!

Pretty easy to use!
PRODUCT:The product it self isn't bad quality. I received it in good shape and everything came together in the box. The only thing you would have to put together is the cup holder, hat, and plate presser. Using the setting were quite simple because the instructions are easy to read. The product came well packaged and everything was in the box, it even came with a screwdriver.USAGE:I would say using it is a little difficult being the fact i had to find many you-tube videos on it. The timer does in fact work, but you have to press the down arrow when it's done preheating to the desired temperature. Pressing the down arrow transfers the machine from OUT to WORK. Which starts the timer ( The timer doesn't start automatically. It starts once you change it to work. I highly recommend changing the output to work AFTER you press the top down to get the right time.) MANY people were stuff on this in the reviews. I believe most were stuck on the timer automatically counting down and it doesn't. I'm not sure exactly how the pressure works yet because I don't have anything to use for vinyl yet, so I will be back for updates.TEMP:The temperature for the machine does get pretty hot. Only thing I would say that gets annoying is the ticking sound. Not sure why or where it does it but the out light turns on and off when the ticking sound does happen. This could be easily ignored though.OVERALL:Decent product would buy a bigger size in the future. This covers enough for the start though.

Great investment
I tested the tshirt press out it's do easy compared to a regular iron. I haven't had a chance to use the other attachments yet but only thing I didn't like is only one set of screws for all accessories so you have to keep removing them to use the other ones.

Absolutely Perfect - Works Great and No Heat Issues and Very Easy Setup and Use
Aside from the Shipping taking over 1 week, since it shipped from LaPorte TX by Fedex and I live 52 miles from LaPorte (go figure that out), This Tusy 5 in 1 Heat Press is absolutely PERFECT for my needs. It did come well boxed and protected, all parts were there and the instructions were very clear to follow. First Test was the Heat and it held at 400 degrees perfectly. Thus far I've made 1 drying towel, 1 BOSS T-Shirt for my Wife and 1 Coffee Cup. I've only used Vinyl HTF and Infusible Ink Prints from my Epson Eco Tank ET 2760 printer. The Towel and Mug are Infusible Inks and the T-Shirt is Cricut's Iron-On Vinyl's. I bought this Tusy 5 in 1 Heat Press for the startup of our small Craft Business called Branded Crafts LLC and I am 120% pleased that I ignored the negative reviews and purchased this. I do highly recommend this Heat Press combination.

Great for sublimation! See attached photo
I was a bit apprehensive to purchase this since there were hardly any reviews. The sleek design build of the heat press drew me to it (it takes up less space yet same size press at 15x15 than my previous). My only complaint is the high density foam used for the bottom platen mat. I live in a high humidity area and didn't realize just how bad it was until using that foam. Sublimation can have ZERO moisture and I learned the hard way. The solution was lowered temp and longer dwell time along with pre pressing the garment and bottom platen mat to remove all moisture (I knew the moisture was gone from the foam when I saw no more condensation when I removed the mat and looked at the bottom metal platen). My permanent solution is a purchased a silicone mat to replace the high density foam. Also Tusy customer service is beyond excellent. They will work with you if you have any problems to find the solution. I like how fast the press heats up as well as it beeps letting me know it has reached the desired temperature. Highly recommend! The only thing that would make it better is if it were a pull out draw to thread and load your substrates.
