I bought this for my grandmama. She has lived in Palm Beach Fl for over 30 years but sold her place to be up with us in her golden years. The scent of the candle is amazing. Its not too floral-y and definitely does not make me gag like most candles. It appears to be made of high end materials from the container to the actual candle itself. A repeat but for sure.

Always use in kitchen after cooking that leaves smells. This candle not only smells fabulous, it also clears odors.

Very nice, light scent
My niece is sensitive to highly scented candles and room fresheners. This provides a subtle, fresh quality scent when burning (and when not in smaller rooms.). Purchase candle frequently as a gift and have added the Napa scent to my Pura rotation.

Big Sur??? NOT at all!
I had high hopes because there are quite a few Big Sur Candle out there. (And I'm trying anything to avoid buying the $65.00 one! )At first, I was going to send this candle back because the seal was undone and curled in a tiny part of the rim. The candle is oily (coconut oil?) and some oil poured out. Apparently, the oil got under the seal. My first thought was that they needed a different type of seal and the exterior top of the candle should have been sealed. (I keep my candles in a cool, dry room.) Possibly because so much oil had been lost, the candle had almost no aroma. For these reasons, I can not recommend, especially in light of the cost of the candle.

Long lasting and great smelling
We love this candle! We first found it at the Nantucket hotel. A friend of ours gave it to us and we fell in love with it. Ordered this for my wife for Christmas and she was extremely pleased!

Disappointed
Monterey packaging but not the scent. Love this scent and purchased on Amazon to save on shipping. It smells more like Napa. Will be purchasing direct with Archipelago in the future.
