Perfect knife. I like it. Good quality.

Worth what I paid
I got this knife for about $18 on a price swing, and it's worth that. It is not worth $40. You can do better for $40. It came filthy. It was covered in some sort of grime, so I had to clean it right away. I also had to sharpen it, because it came only so so sharp. There are gaps between the scales and tang, and I'm positive the tang is skeletonized, because it has that typical Chinese "light knife" feel. The sheath is sort of a "tactical" nylon sheath, complete with front pouch for whatever. Overall, I'm glad I bought it. All of the cons are overshadowed by how much I paid for it. If I had paid full price, I'd have been upset, but it's a decent little camp knife, and that's what I'll most likely use it for. It may seem like I'm being overly critical for a 4 star review, though it seems like a pretty decent knife, but only if you can pick it up on a downswing in the price.

Craftsmanship/QC Needs Work
I like the design, and the proportions looks better in person, materials are good enough, but the craftsmanship is worse than a sub-$20 selection. I would consider this "B-stock" or "manufacture defect" category. I mainly purchased this to match my MTech MTE-FIX010-BL -- such a beautiful design -- I wish MTech made that design bigger into this size category.

surprisingly nice
i took a gamble on this one. i think MTech is hit or miss. i own many knives and this one is actually a pretty nice knife. the scales were even and fit in the hand nicely. the blade was actually SHAVING sharp straight out of the box. i didnt like the sheath just because of personal preference.i will be using this knife so ill update if need be. i think its a good solid knife and i recomend. Update : paid 35$ and felt the I I've was worth it. looks like this knife fluctuates between 29 and 39 dollars

Like the Knife, hate the craftsmanship
I have several Mtech knives and Really Like most of them for what they are. This one was terrible out of the box. Grind was completely uneven, like an "S" on both sides. Handle scales feel good but holes were too small for attaching screws and All screw heads at an angle and Not Flush. This is their new line also. Not lookin good for Mtech. Especially at this price. Too many more out there!

Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo

Coltello mtech fixed evolution
Spedizione Amazon ok.
