it seems like you need to purchase the same printer every yearly.I advise buy it with Asurion insurance.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER
This printer was purchased on amazon USA and has a Canadian serial number. This device is our third (different sellers previously) & I have been trying to work with Brother US to get the device replaced as it is under warranty. They referred me to Brother Canada & Brother Canada will not ship to me in the US & is stating that Brother US is required to help me with the device. Regardless of Brother giving me issues, this seller is selling devices with serial numbers that CANNOT be properly used & serviced within the United States. I have reached out to Amazon & I am still working to resolve this issue several weeks in. Very frustrated customer & will always check the seller from now on!

Have had 8 printers in 6 years for 1 store. Not the best quality

Great print qulaity, horrible software
The print quality is excellent, and paper is easy to load. From a hardware perspective, this is an easy five stars. The issue is that the software feels like some sad Paint Shop Pro from 1995. The software used to configure the printer is just as horrible.
