Great quality item to help guide workouts. This may seem like an unnecessary item, but I find it helps to keep focus on one area, core, back, arms, etc. I don’t always want to pull out the phone and spend the time looking up a free YouTube video and a quick glance gives me a new exercise and keeps the workout varied, rather than defaulting to the exercises in memory. I didn’t realize at the time of purchase that it is printed front and back in two (portrait and landscape) configurations. Neat.
