This is one of those quintessential, edgy fashion books that are ever so rare and wonderful to find. By this, I mean that it's obvious perusing through Hot Babes that the photographer Michael Troop is well schooled in the finer points of fashion and glamour photography. A quick look at his resume and educational background will attest to this. But despite his grounding in commercial work as a professional photographer, Michael has used this opportunity to break free of those constraints and truly explore the boundaries of his personal taste and erotic fantasies. Hot Babes is a mixture of fine art nudes, glamour nudes, and even fashion-flavored nudes. But what is most unexpected is the scintillating erotic imagery that peppers this collection. Open leg shots, light masturbation, and even some toy play make this one hot collection of top-shelf babes. But the erotic elements do not overpower, they serve only to accentuate the beautiful, sensual atmosphere of this amazing first book from an obvious talent.

What a disappointment. This book was on my wish list for a long time. 40% of the images in this book measure 2" x 2" , some are 2" x 3" . What a waste of paper & space. I guess someone thought they were being creative with this artistic layout choice. I was being frustrated , trying to admire these tiny images with a magnifying glass. Aside from the layout , the images lacked imagination. The models , themselves , were not as attractive as those in other books of the same genre. This was an epic fail. I returned mine.
