Another cookbook to put next to your others on your digital bookshelf. You can never have too many cookbooks.
I look cookbooks for the variety of ideas they give to me. I didn't get this book for the diet plan, but the plan itself might be good for you.This book starts out with good advice, avoid MSG, eat slower, don't eat before bedtime (I violate that rule a lot, sorry Sara), and include protein at every meal.As with most cookbooks, this gives you recipes for salads, main dishes, snacks, desserts, drinks and beverages. It talks about the myths and realities about the paleo diet, and perhaps most important, what ingredients you need to keep stocked in your kitchen to support a paleo diet.Whether you're looking for a new diet to try (I cannot speak to this)or whether you are looking for a collection of interesting recipes, you might find this an interesting book to download and read. (It was free when I downloaded it, but if it is no longer, try the pages that it will let you read for free, then decide for yourself. It might be right for you.)I feel that you will be happy with this as another cookbook on your digital shelf.

Slow change over
With all this talk about the Paleo diet and being on a very strong health kick I thought this would be something interesting and good to have. There is lactose intolerance in the house and I am sensitive to some grains so I thought this would be a good match. Granted it is a slow process here because there are some that refuse to give up certain things. With that being the case I will say that the "Fat Bombs" are a huge hit here and the Paleo Chocolate Cheesecake was also a hit. I figured since sweets are the hardest to give up I would sneak these to the family and see how it worked out. I like the book and if offers a lot of different recipes and information about the Paleo diet.I received this book for free in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

A really good cookbook, simple and tasty recipes
Paleo is one of the modern diets that I think is actually healthy and I have good results with it, both in weight loss and in improving my health and well-being.I don't follow it so strictly anymore, but I love getting a new cookbook from time to time and trying out a few interesting meals. In this one, I loved the salads, that is the part of the book I think is the best and it has the most imaginative recipes. The other stuff is good too, the recipes are simple, like paleo usually is, and I didn't found any real complaints about it. I would like to see some pictures of the food in the book, purely for aesthetics, but that is a nitpick really. I recommend it.

Paleo Beginner Recipe Book
Around our house, we are convinced that Paleo is the way to go. I'm the main cook for our family, so I'm always on the lookout for new Paleo recipe books. This one is easy to read, and the recipes are quick and easy. The essential pantry foods for a proper Paleo diet are given, and there is also a good sampling of recipes for every eating opportunity throughout the day including snacks and beverages.If you are looking for a way to cut the weight off and boost your energy with a Paleo diet plan, this is a terrific book to help you dive right in and experience success right away. Recommended!

If you are sick of eating same paleo foods this recipe book will open your eyes
I am a long time paleo dieter who got sick of same foods, don't get me wrong I love eating meats and vegetables; but after a while I kinda got sick of them. Since I did not want to quit eating paleo I bought so many recipe book and I can say that this one is the best one in the market. The recipes in this book are all easy and tasty! highly recommended

It starts of with a fun introduction which leads me into purchasing this book. This is one of the very few books in the Paleo category that informs readers very well before going into the list of all recipes. I like the myths and the realities part. It gives a brief but very informative background that lets me know why should I proceed with Paleo Diet. Thumbs up for that. Recipes are very easy to follow. I would love it more if it have pictures on it.

Good read! Has a good variety of recipes from salads, soups, to main dish and dessert. Explains details about the diet and hits on importance factors of why Paleo.

I ordered these books because my son has had great success in losing weight on this diet, and as I lurch from diet plan to diet plan without success I was curious to see what this type of diet had to offer. The recipes are extremely useful and I have adapted them to my eating plan, as personally I cannot see what a diet which appears to be high in fat albeit unsaturated fat can do.

Such a disappointment.
Described as "Amazingly Delicious Paleo Diet Recipes for Weight Loss", in reality this is a very small book with very limited recipes.There are no illustrations and the recipes, which are printed with double line spacing to fill up the pages, are thoroughly un-inspiring and no different to non-weight loss recipes.
