Privacy and bugs
My daughter wanted something that would keep the pest and bees away from our patio. She wanted to sit outside without worrying about bugs running around her.Opens easily. Keeps the bugs out. Velcro was a little problem at first but it worked. Absolutely no airflow coming through. Appearance is very private, quality is great

Threads unravel but easy fix with tape!
I love how the magnets automatically realign and stick back to each other as soon as I walk through my magic mesh screen. One thing I didn't realize at first is that you will need two weights to weigh down each side of the screen. Without those weights, the magnets won't automatically realign. We ended up getting putting a brick in each weight slot and it works perfectly. Biggest downfall to this mesh screen is how the threading along the seams (vertically, alongside the magnets) seem to just keep unraveling. Every time I enter the screen, a new thread seems to come loose. At first I kept cutting all the loose threads, but they continued unraveling. I ended up getting some black electrical tape and taped down the seams (yes, from top to bottom, inside and outside, both left and right panels) so they would stop unraveling. Now my door works perfectly and I don't have spiderweb-like threads attacking me every time I walk through.

Just really bad quality
I bought the garage size "Magic Mesh" screen and another screen made by a competitor and it's impossible to overstate just how badly the Magic Mesh quality is compared to the other. -First off, the fabric appears to not square or not sewn right. This might improve over time as it hangs in the opening, but for now the seam in the center wants to hang with a gap...even after adjusting the top and sides several times. -The first problem might not be too bad, but the magnets are super-weak. When I put them right next to each other, they barely grab. So when you combine a seam that wants to hang open with a gap and weak magnets...well, you can guess how well this works. -The magnets are also enclosed in these cheap plastic things instead of being sewn into the seam. When I first opened the package, several of the little plastic things had opened up and the magnets were floating around free in the package. I snapped them back together...but I wouldn't expect them to last long term if they didn't even survive packaging. So...yeah. I'm returning it and buying a different brand. Save yourself the extra errand and just buy one of the other ones.

Ran out of velcro adhesive, keeps fraying on all sides, poorly sewn
CONS: Not sure if this was pre used but i feel like there wasnt nearly enough velcro adhesive that came with this. It works but magnets arent very strong so I purchased some stronger magnets that help keep the screen shut (although my toddler has discovered this and now likes to take them off b/c i dont have time to sew them in. Wish they made this a foot or two longer b/c it is short than I like. All sides are fraying and dimensions seem to be a little off. PROS: I tried two others prior to this screen and the adhesive on the others (some off brand dupe of magic mesh) and the adhesive was WAY TO STONG ripped off all the paint and now i have to patch sand it or pay someone too. Love that there is a velcro option that way you could move your screen a little if installed properly. I like the option to cut the sides for additional width if needed.

Finally, a bug free garage!!!
I am so incredibly happy with this!! I smoke (yes, I know...very, very bad habit) in my garage and I cannot tell you how many times per week I end up screaming and running away from some bug (flies, bees, wasps/hornets, moths and especially crane flies) that has found itself flying into my garage!! I know that someone in my neighborhood hears me screaming at least twice a week. I bought this May 28, 2019 and haven’t run screaming yet because no flying bug has found its way in!! I am truly, totally and fully in love with the Magic Mesh Garage Screen Door! I no longer have any fear of opening the garage door! I encountered two issues though; 1) I forgot about the garage door lock and pull handle on the outside when it was installed, so every time that I open the garage door, they open the screen which magnetically closes, so not a big issue but something that I didn’t think about until it was installed and this isn’t an issue with the screen, but a problem with how I had it installed 2) it’s not a frog deterrent, lol. The first evening that I used it, it rained and when the garage door pull and lock opened it, two frogs hopped in. I got one out, but I’m still wondering about the other one...

Even better than I hoped!
I'm glad I took an extra few minutes to read reviews on several screen products, because most of them described shoddy workmanship and some screens only had one magnet closure. When I got to this one, the reviews were much more positive and I know I made the right choice! The Magic Mesh screen comes with a full strip of high adhesive, heavy duty Velcro for the entire top and four strips to put down each side. You stick those to the screen, center it in your doorway, stick it to the frame... and you're done! I was doubtful about the "magic close" feature, but with nine pairs of magnets down the front, it really works! I pushed through it, it opened easily and then "Click, click, click," the magnets closed the curtain behind me. I'm quite impressed. I bought it to turn one bay of our garage into a painting studio to paint our store's new mascot. It keeps bugs out, cuts down on dust, but allows fresh air circulation so she'll dry quickly. I think it will get a lot more use than that, though. I wish we'd bought one long ago!

It Does Whats Needed........ for the most part
LETS FRESH AIR IN & KEEP BUGS OUT, yes .........I can finally work in my garage with the doors open without those pesky insects, mosquitos, flies, and bugs out, the durable mesh works!!! # 1 reason it was purchased..... The reason my rating is so low is the overall quality. Once I had it up, doing its duties of the "magic mesh" I realized how poorly this was executed, the stitching on the sides of the magnet continue to fray, every time you walk through you get caught on it and it frays just a little more it is slowly falling apart. the bottom seam completely came off, and the bottom needs to be weighted just a little more, I am keeping it and modifying as it falls part, the reason i'm doing this is that it is reasonably price!!! The magnets could be a little stronger. I actually used my own velcro strips around the entire border, I used the pins at key spots to keep in place, all four corners and extra reinforcement where you walk through. It will tie me over for the summer, However, I will purchase a new one when the time comes, and I will make the modifications that are needed prior to assembly......... Of note, I did not notice any smells, that others had mentioned. Great concept, poor quality......

Coupe imparfaite
Coupe imparfaite, impossible de l'adapter correctement à mon ouverture de garage qui est bien d'équerre, les aimants sont trop faibles, si vous tendez trop le voile, ils se décrochent

goood product.
easy to install

Adhesive failed.
The velcro strips wouldn't stay adhered to the edges of the mesh. Complete failure.

That’s why it was cheaper.
Velcro sticks to wood, with tacks mind you. Velcro sticks to o Velcro. But the issue is the Velcro doesn’t stick to the screen. Maybe it should be sewn to the screen. Keeps falling down. I got what I paid for. Now I spend more money to make it work or buy different one…joy
