THE PRODUCT DID WHAT I WANTED BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS DIFERENT IN APPEARANCE TO THE ONE PICTURED.THE ONLY WAY I COULD TELL IF IT WORKED WAS TO OPEN AND FIT IT,THIS COULD HAVE PREVENTED A RETURN IF IT HAD BEEN REQUIRED.

A heavy handed colleague pulled open the door of my Hotpoint Dryer.....I searched amazon for the latch and surprise surprise, I found this kitI thought I only needed to replace the catch but also need you need to replace the latch.Two screws and job doneThis kit is an upgrade which won't break if the door is pulled by someone who doesn't read signs stating push rather than pull
