We bought this for our sons not knowing that only one side charges the toothbrushes. The other side is just a stand. Why? I just don't understand. Who wants to charge just one toothbrush? Not cool. I would return this but I don't want to wait for another to ship. I will not buy this again though.

We didn't realize at time of ordering only 1 brush can be charged at a time. Once fully charged and ready for use the units seemed underpowered, lacking ability to clean teeth. Once refills are used up we will toss and buy a different brand.

This review maybe be a bit unfair because part of the problem is I thought I was ordering a sonicare brand. This is not sonicare. I could tell the toothbrush felt cheaper. I gave it as a gift to my daughter I told her it wasn’t what i thought. She told me good because it wasn’t near as good as her old one(sonicare). Also the charging on one side for a dual toothbrush is not a plus. I’m sure it says this somewhere in the details. I gave an extra star for the fact that part of my displeasure was my own poor research. I wasted $50. I will now buy two separate toothbrushes of my preferred brand. Very disappointed.

Love the product but disappointed that the charging dock only lasted for three months. Warranty was good for 30 days. I’m getting tired of ordering from amazon and their third parties selling crap products.

These are junk. The frequency they use is so high pitched it tickles the hell out of my mouth to the point I can’t use it. The head is tiny with soft do nothing bristles, and the worst part of you have to remember to swap around the brushes or one will die because the stand holds both but for some incomprehensible reason only charges one.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought it 62 days ago and the first brush went out after 4 weeks. The second brush went out after 8 weeks. This product and this company are not worth their products.

Received item quickly, and it works beautifully. I wasn't buying the Sonic toothbrush to whiten my teeth, but it did, and that was an excellent bonus! It cleans really well, and feels like you're teeth have been cleaned by the dentist each time you use it. I love the timer feature. The brush pauses activity letting you know it's time to move to the next quadrant. After 2 minutes, it shuts off. I'm brushing my teeth longer and better because of this convenient feature! I would highly recommend this product!

Was not sure about this product but after using it for a couple of weeks and never used a powered toothbrush before I am hooked.
