Must have for a small bike or scooter!
I ordered the Canyon Dancer before picking up my first motorscooter. It worked perfectly and held the bike very securely. Good quality strap and excellent design! I have only one criticism and that is that I did not practice putting the the bike on its stand before transporting the bike. Getting the bike on its stand after removing the straps while standing in a narrow bed Ford Ranger pickup was nasty! Obviously this is not the fault of the strap.

Superb Tie Down
This is the best solution for tying down the front of a motorcycle yet...at the lowest price I found. It is particularly good for bikes where the bodywork prevents you from finding a secure tie down point, and keeps the straps as far outboard as possible to prevent rubbing on precious plastics. Be sure to measure the width of your bars to obtain the right size. This works fine on my Goldwing, Valkyrie, and Concours 1400.

Vespa Approved
If you own a Vespa scooter these are the straps for you. Drove from Florida to Rhode Island with nothing but these and rachet straps on the handles bars holding the scooter in the back of the pick up truck. Did not loosen up one bit.

It's good
Works great- the only knock is that it pulled my handle bar grips in a little. I was able to slide them back into the correct position. Otherwise it made transport of my scooter in the back of my truck very easy.

Great product
I've used these for hauling sport bikes thousands of miles and never had a problem. Keeps the straps away from fairings, extremely durable, and easy to install. I prefer these to the new cup style Canyon Dancers that go over the end caps and put pressure further out on the handlebars. Putting pressure further out increases the amount of leverage so there is more force going through the handlebars. I'd rather not put any unneeded force on my clip ons ever since a friend of mine told me about a set of race clip ons that got bent while strapped down. A common complaint with the original style is that the straps can rub the controls on your handlebars. I've always found that I can play with the strap to prevent that. Usually I just need to swap the strap from going over the handlebar to going under it.

Best tool to strap down a motorcycle
I purchased a motorcycle and had to bring it home on a trailer for about 60 miles. I never transported a motorcycle before and I was worried that I am going to "hurt" it trying to strap it on the trailer or not strap it tight enough and drop it. The motorcycle is more of a touring bike with all the plastics of a sports bike. There is just no place to hook the front without having the straps rubbing up against it. I saw a video that mentioned Canyon Dancer and of course Amazon had it. I ordered them Thursday night and needed them Monday. Sure enough Amazon came through and it was at my door step Sunday. The one I received says 'fits bars up to 32" wide' which is the largest they make. The Ducati ST3 is not a tall motorcycle and the overall length when fitted left enough room to hook up the canyon dancer ends with ratchet straps on the trailer. You can go to canyondancer.com where they have instructions and a video showing how to use them. However, this comes in a bag and it includes good instructions with a diagram. I was going to get the canyon dancer that has metallic cups that hook on the ends of the handle bars but my motorcycle has a throttle adjustment control that twists at the end of the right side bar and I was worried that it will get damaged if the canyon dancer puts pressure on it. This "soft" version puts the pressure on the grips instead and it worked perfectly. Overall, the price is great if you consider this is a tool that you can reuse over and over again and they are a must have if you are going to transport a motorcycle.
