These playing cards are great for memoRizing Japanese sentences and playing card games. They are sturdy and come with a metal box to keep them in. Great product. 🥳

Fun, but not a sturdy box
The cards were not carefully packaged, just shipped in a padded envelope so the tin box was beat up and misshapen. We returned them. After all, it's a lot of money for a clever deck of cards, and without the tin....The cards themselves are fine, but if you actually want to learn some useful phrases, you'd be better off with something a bit more formal, like a book with audio samples. If you know some basic Japanese, this is an amusing way to brush up.

Great deck of cards
I purchased the Japanese cards. Not only do they have useful phrases on them, they can also be used as playing cards. One Joker card has the numbers 1 - 10. The other has the colors: blue, red, green, white, pink, black, yellow, and orange. All the cards have phrases on them, so the picture cards (king, queen, Jack) don’t have pictures.
