do you have to keep using this indefinitely or can you stop once the dandruff goes away?

I use it intermittently. You will probably see a difference almost immediately, but once you go back to your same old routine the dandruff will most likely come back. I just keep it in the shower and use it when I need it. Nothing wrong with it being used often or randomly.

Have been trying to reorder for some time. Permanently out of stock or just temporary supply chain issues?

Hello! Thanks for asking. We are hoping to get this product back in stock as quickly as we can.

Is this a trial sized product?

It may look like it’s trial size but it isn’t. It’s not a large bottle but it’s the perfect size for me. Use no more than 2x a week it lasts forever for me

how do you know whether to use 2.5% or the 5% shampoo?

You just have to try and see what works best. Oddly, the 2.5 has always worked better for me.
