It’s not Lexan brand as the ad says. But it is good polycarbonate. It was Kastlite, which is comparable to lexan. It came quickly and was cut nicely.

Just as described - lexan was easy to cut with the right saw blade. Planning to use it to replace glass in a window that keeps breaking.

I ordered 13 sheets from the vendor Kastlite but received 2 slightly different products. Most sheets were labeled as "Kastlite" and these were absolutely top quality (5 stars) but 3 or 4 sheets were "generic" (4 stars) with no specific labelling on the sheet protectors. The generics were slightly thinner and did not machine as easily with a router. Both types cut without issues with a table saw and jigsaw. Be aware that there is some "melting" during the cutting process that won't affect the finished product but does cause the dust/chips to clump together which may require you to clean out your tablesaw after several cuts as the clumps are too big for dust extraction. This is a great product though and I would definitely use it again!

Good price, fast shipping. Exactly what I needed for a project, and a little less expensive than anyone local.

Needed to replace to 11”-ish x 41”-ish broken glass panes in a bedroom window. Researched the best method for cutting this Lexan and found that a high tooth count carbide tipped blade was recommended for a circular saw, as I do t have a table saw. Well, I didn’t have one of those blades handy, so I used the basic blade that was in the saw. I encountered no problems with chipping at all (I did go relatively slow with the saw). It also helped that this has a bit of flex to it, unlike glass, so that I could navigate it into the frame more easily.
