Fitted exactly in place of my old obe with regards size, pipe position and electrical connection.Pays to research old vs potential new to check entry points etc.Superb shower, nice temperature control, great water flow, excellent all round.

Temperature control Didn't work

worst shower ever purchased,button would not lock,so now I have a shower hung on the wall that wont work.The shower was installed by a professional plumber with over40 years experience.I reported the problem to redring who sent an engineer out 3 weeks later ,the engineer was two hours late and condemned the installation said it wasn't perfectly flat on the wall even although had checked it I also informed the engineer that my old shower was working perfectly until an electrical problem caused it to fail ,the old shower was almost identical to the new one I purchased I complained to redring they said I would be charged for a second engineer to call so a complete waste of time.I have contacted my plumber who is going to fit a Trident shower.I feel as if I have waisted my money due to the shocking service redring give

Good shower and plenty of power. Was able to plumb it in myself without any bother. Have had a few Redring Showers and they are good value. They are very quick at sending out an engineer if you have any problems.

Great unit, flexible heat and flow controls

Did exactly as promised and was easy to install as a replacement without having to drill new holes.

Very pleased with the shower it replaces our old RedRing shower which was also a good shower.

Shower was working fine till yesterday where the heat stopped working and only cold water running out
