What is the weight can this bag handle?

How do they handle heat? We are worried about warming the aluminum trays and the heat melting the bag. They would not be fresh out of the oven

I don’t know about aluminum. I am using plastic clamshells. They are thinner than a Walmart bag. It would be a concern if the pans are very hot.

It is .5 mil, not 5 mil. It would be nice if they were 5 mil at that price!

Will 12×8 aluminum pan fit in medium size bag?

No, it will not fit. Order the large size Reli bags. I have both the medium and large Reli bags. They are great.
