Indiana Jones Men's Water Repellent Wool Felt Outback (Medium, Coffee Brown)

I am sure this is a great product-I have owned one before...But what's with the sizing chart? I hit the drop down chart and it gives measurements for arm length,waist, and chest...not exactly useful for hat sizing
