I expected flimsy plastic and a thin as paper infuser, nope! This is a very solid pitcher and the infuser/ice cores are great. My family has latched onto this pitcher and we all have started drinking more water and cutting out the soda. I, myself, using a 16 ounce tumbler, can get 5-6 refills out of this pitcher before having to refill.
