NYDJWomen’s Barbara Bootcut Fit Denim Jeans

I've been wearing NYDJs for years. I like their boot cut style. The quality is worth the price. These are stretch denim and forgiving as my weight tends to fluctuate 3-5 pounds. I bought the Cooper wash. The pockets are well placed and always in use! Comfort, wear, wash, and fit works for me!

I am about 5’4 and weigh 140. I bought a size 4. The NYDJ website suggests sizing down. When I put them on they felt ALMOST too tight to zip and I thought what have I done! But I got the zipper up. At first I thought, great too small. But the rest of the pant fit perfectly and a 6 would have been way too big. Luckily, the fabric is so forgiving and stretches to fit your body after wearing them. Now I loce the fit and was very comfortable in them for hours of sitting, walking, standing.

I have worn these jeans for years and keep coming back to buy them again. They label a size off to flatter one, but for example, it you order a size 8, it actually fits like a size 10. Read the fine print on the order sheet and it will tell you so. That said I love the fit, very flattering, and comfortable. I will continue to buy this jean until they don't make it any more. The one thing I don't like is that they don't last long. To be elastic, the fabric is not as durable as other jeans, and the color continues to bleed in the wash forever. But, they fit so well, I overlook those issues.

Perfect fit, waist is not too high

These jeans are flattering and comfortable, however, I have washed them multiple times and they still continue to leave blue dye all over your skin. Mainly on your hands as the interior of the jeans is not dark. I wore these to a meeting and could not figure out why it looked like I was losing circulation in my hands. Kind of embarrassing. Dye does come off skin easily with soap and water. After the 3rd wash and continued "dirty hands" look, I may mothball these. Too bad.

Finally a pair of jeans that doesn’t hang below or cut across your belly! They’re high-waisted but not overly high. They’re heavy and have stretch. Order one size down with this brand.

These are the best jeans I think I've ever owned. Very comfortable, very very flattering, and the quality looks good. These really do lift the tush. Even through I'm 5'2 I typically regular length, jeans and pants because I like to wear 3 inch heals. These were crazy long however after I washed them they did shrink a tiny bit and they do fit a little better.

Barbara boot cut is my favorite go-to jean. I can order online and know the fit will be just right.

I have bought NYD's jeans for years! I wore them for Valentine's Day and they looked good, fit well. I would recommend them.

Listen up all you pear shaped ladies. These jeans are so flattering on anyone with an ample derrière.I’m 5 feet 8.5 inches. 165 lbs. Happily pear shaped. I ordered a size twelve. Did not want to take them off. Will order in white and black. Must have wardrobe stable if you struggle with pants/jeans. The slight flare at the bottom really balances out the larger hip thing. They are very comfortable and have a lot of stretch. Fit was spot on which is so rare for me.

I love this brand it fits perfectly and looks good but it is expensive and should last longer than it does.

recommended one size smaller is too tight. should have bought a size 14.
