Looks a bit different from the pictures, as expected. Colours and shades aren't distributed as shown - not going into details, but overall quality is not that great. Smoke doesn't really fill the bottom of the sculpture very well.

Looks cheap and is very light the burner smells bad if on to long the comes that come with it and sticks had to be binned and they smell of nothing but burnt wood had to by good one over all would said don't buy this it's rubbish

The media could not be loaded.  First of all, I’m surprised to see negative comments about this lovely burner.I received the item securely packaged and undamaged. I unpacked it straight away and lit one of the supplied backflow cones. It only took a few seconds until the most beautiful cascade of smoke flowed down the waterfall into the pool at the bottom.I received two packages of cones, and a cute tube of mini incense sticks inside the box with my burner. Happy is an understatement!

The item looks lovely and works well but it does not come in a nice box that is showing in the photos. It was a bit of a disappointment as it was a gift.

Nice product the only thing that let it down was that where the holder fits for the scents, it's not lever therefore care has to be taken when placing the scents on the holder, should they fall the heat given off could be a fire risk.

It was broken when it arrived we fixed it the best we could and it works

Wouldn't work but my husband noticed that it had a hole in the back and the smoke was going down that instead of going the proper way and filling the waterfall lines up. Hubby fixed and improved it for me now works lovely but needs really breeze free room to work good.
