quantity inconsistency
I have been buying this item for a year. At the beginning a few times of order was full amount of cream at the top of edge. Ever since my last two bottles of cream was only half jars filled. I am very disappointing its inconsistency in quantity of the item. I hope its quality and quantity can be equally consistent for the item I ordered.

This product is awesome and been using this for almost 10 yrs.
Been using this product and other products from Kose since 2009 when i am still living in Japan.. this cream is awesome and paraben-free.. Glad that i have found this cream here in Amazon and i don't need to ask a favor from my friend in Japan to buy this cream and send it to me here in US.
