Several night sounds to pick from. Easy to set up each night, just tap a few buttons. Has a blue night light option to shine on the ceiling that is unobtrusive and I personally really like. The volume is easy to adjust. I really like it.

The different sounds on the machine is a definite plus. It makes me feel very relaxed and the sounds transition well into each other. Another asset is the ability to adjust the volume as sometimes there is more external noise distractions that need to be drowned out. It provides tranquility and is helpful when i'm having difficulty falling asleep. The machine is small and portable so it's easy to pack for travel.

Have utilized both the sounds and the lights to help ease into sleep each night. The lights are soothing and the sounds help you to shut down your brain and not focus on the day.

Pros: size and design of the machine is quite nice. Controls are easy to use. Sound effects are a fun novelty. Volume works beautifully. Con: The light however did not help my son fall asleep. The timing is not helpful. As a night light it would be fine. I need something to help my son relax and slow his breathing to fall asleep. Unfortunately this did not work for him.

This was a Christmas gift from my husband. I researched as many sounds machines that I could find and this one seemed like the best one. Boy was I right, this thing is amazing,I love how you can adjust everything and that it has a therapy light. I’ve been using it since Christmas and it has honestly helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep -I would recommend this product to anyone. Don’t hesitate just order!

The sounds are on an identifiable loop, very annoying and they sound like an old recording. The light/breathing concept is ridiculous. It has no natural breathing rhythm. The whole thing was useless so I returned it.

My daughter was having problems falling asleep. I bought this and it helped a lot. The noise choices were good and you can adjust the level of the sound. It has three different amounts on the timer you can pick. The light was soft and fades on and off which helped her slow her breathing. It worked for her-well worth the money.

The sound suddenly changes alone without touching when I am sleeping, the white noise and the fan noice have a beep in the background so its annoying. It doesn’t do the job.

Waste of money - blue light did nothing for me, with eyes closed you cannot see it anyway. Lol.
