I have used this product for several years and was able to purchase it at the Food Lion Store in Moorefield, WV. Lately, I noticed it was not available for buying, there or in other Food Lion Stores in the area, so decided to order it from your address on the package. I like it because it has the written instructions on the back of the package and can be used for fish, pork, chicken, or veggies. The instructions include those for pan frying, oven baking (which I use the most) and deep frying. I feel like the oven baking which uses only 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil is a healthy choice of preparation for my husband and I. Thank you for a versatile product!

Best coating for fish

My family loves this coating mix for my baked chicken. The stores have been out so I finally found it again and everyone is happy again. This beats any coating mix i have ever used.

This coating mix really sticks, unlike a flour mixture. It’s a little bit on the salty side, wish they made a low salt variety.
