My fav kit whe it comes to work out, really activates booty muscles as the band is really resistant 💪

I ordered this band due to the gyms being closed during the lock down, still feel like my legs and bum are getting a workout even though I don’t have any weights.Delivery was a lot faster than expected and really feel like it’s a good quality band.I purposely ordered the smallest and it’s a good level of working out for me, I feel like I’m being active only doing a small amount.Those who don’t usually work out maybe shouldn’t go for the tightest one however I don’t know what the other sizes are like to comment. Ignore any reviews saying it’s too tight, this is not true!

I went too thick with thus one. But good quality and get a good workout
