I purchased this to keep my dad's ashes in so I could always have him with me and I could spread small bits of him wherever I feel is right. The lid always stays closed and the engraving I had put on is subtle but clear. I had "Walk with me Dad" engraved on my vial. I will say that the loop that holds it to the keychain isn't super strong so we clamped in down even more after almost losing the vail so be mindful of that. Otherwise, this is a perfect product.

Was very anxious to receive this keychain urn, as it was a way I could have my dad close to me, no matter where I am, but the customized phrase is not even legible. It’s so small and faint, I literally can’t tell what it says. Not to mention, it’s not engraved, as advertised. It’s printed on. Unacceptable. I’m very sad and disappointed!

Good size and not bulky , engraving was very light and difficult to read tho , a little disappointed, this was for my daughter that had passed away
