This steak enhancer does add to a steak. It was recommended by a chef and I am happy with it.

Smells and tastes good
You can get cheaper seasoning, but it smells good and tastes good on food I have used it on. I bought extra bottles to give as gifts, due to this being chef-recommended, but have yet to hear back from anyone. I expect they will like it.

This spice enhances meal flavors
Pork or beef, Schwartz's Deli spice is wonderful. We first had it at the deli and bought a couple jars then. Was running out and looked to see if it could be bought online. The spice brings out the flavors without overpowering the meats.

Good flavor, but disappointed! If you like chunks in your teeth…..
As a season connoisseur, I Bought it to see why it rated well; and to this day, can’t figure out why! If you like huge Chunks of mustard seed that caught between your teeth; and then crackle hard when you bite into your $40 piece of Ribeye; then this seasonings is for you! I say, save your money!
